Privacy policy

Effective 20 July 2026

This notice explains what information Obranext collects through this website, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Who we are

Obranext is being established as a United States based software consultancy. Our full legal entity name and registered address will be added here when formation is complete.

Until then, privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].

Information we collect

If you contact us, we receive the name, work email, company, and message you submit. We use that information only to evaluate and reply to your enquiry.

The site also processes limited technical information needed for security and reliability. If enabled, Sentry receives error details such as the affected page, browser type, device type, and software stack trace. Form contents, cookies, and default personal identifiers are excluded from Sentry events.

Google Analytics is optional. If you accept analytics, Google may process page views, interactions, device and browser information, approximate location, and network identifiers. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, or company names to Analytics.

Why we use information

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss possible work, and take steps you request before a contract. We use limited diagnostics to keep the site secure and working. We use Analytics only with your consent to understand which pages are useful and how visitors find the site.

Where European or United Kingdom law applies, these purposes rely on steps taken at your request, our legitimate interests in operating a secure website, and your consent for optional analytics.

Service providers and international transfers

We use service providers for email delivery, hosting, error monitoring, and optional analytics. They process information under their own terms and our service agreements. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.

We do not sell personal information and do not use website analytics for targeted advertising.

Cookies and your analytics choice

The site stores essential preferences, such as theme and your analytics choice, in your browser. Google Analytics does not load until you select Allow analytics.

Analytics is currently switched off: Google Analytics does not load and no consent banner is shown. If we switch it on, a banner will ask for your consent before anything loads, and a Privacy settings control will appear in the footer so you can change your choice at any time. Declining analytics does not affect the site or the contact form.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage a possible business relationship, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Analytics and diagnostic information follows the retention settings in our Google Analytics and Sentry accounts. We review those settings and aim to keep identifiable or event level data for the shortest practical period.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain uses. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy authority.

Send a request to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing it. We will not discriminate against you for using a privacy right.

Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this notice when our company details, providers, or practices change. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision.
