Who we are

Information we collect

If you contact us, we receive the name, work email, company, and message you submit. We use that information only to evaluate and reply to your enquiry.

The site also processes limited technical information needed for security and reliability. When something fails on a page or in a demo, Sentry receives an error report: what went wrong, the affected page (without its query string), the language it was shown in, the type of browser and device, and the technical stack trace. For a small sample of page visits it also receives loading times. Reports from your browser reach Sentry through our own server, so Sentry does not receive your IP address. Form contents, cookies, and personal identifiers are excluded from Sentry events.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. When a page loads, a script from Cloudflare reports which page it is, the page you came from and how quickly it loaded. Cloudflare also records the country and the type of browser, operating system and device. It receives your IP address but discards it without storing it. The script sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not follow you across other websites.

Google Analytics is optional. If you accept analytics, Google may process page views, interactions, device and browser information, approximate location, and network identifiers. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, or company names to Analytics.

Why we use information

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss possible work, and take steps you request before a contract. We use limited diagnostics to keep the site secure and working, and visit statistics to understand which pages and demos are useful and how visitors find the site. Google Analytics would be used only with your consent.

Where European or United Kingdom law applies, these purposes rely on steps taken at your request, our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and understanding how it is used, and your consent for optional analytics.

Service providers and international transfers

We use service providers for content delivery, security and visit statistics, email delivery, hosting, map tiles in one demo, error monitoring, and optional analytics. They process information under their own terms and our service agreements. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.

We do not sell personal information and do not use website analytics for targeted advertising.

Cookies and analytics

The site stores essential preferences, such as theme and language, in your browser. Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, so it runs without a consent banner. A content blocker can stop it loading, and the site works the same without it.

Google Analytics is switched off: it does not load and no consent banner is shown. If we switch it on, a banner will ask for your consent before anything loads, and a Privacy settings control will appear in the footer so you can change your choice at any time. Declining analytics does not affect the site or the contact form.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage a possible business relationship, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Cloudflare keeps complete visit statistics for seven days and then a reduced sample, which we can see for six months. Diagnostic information, and Google Analytics data if it is ever switched on, follow the retention settings in our Sentry and Google Analytics accounts. We aim to keep event-level data for the shortest practical period.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain uses. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy authority.

Send a request to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing it. We will not discriminate against you for using a privacy right.

Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this notice when our company details, providers, or practices change. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision.
