Featured solutions
Operating problems worth solving
Clients engage through our three services. These are high-value solutions we investigate and deliver when the economics and operating case are strong.
01
SaaS and manual work
Replace costly SaaS and manual workflows
We compare the full operating economics of keeping, configuring, integrating, renegotiating, replacing, or stopping. When ownership creates more value, we deliver software built around the work.
Licence, implementation, migration, maintenance, adoption, and switching costs considered together
Per-seat limits removed only when the wider business case supports replacement
02
Obranext Company Brain
Make scattered company knowledge usable
Turn what your company knows into work people can trust. The Obranext Memory-to-Work Method gives the right people trusted access to knowledge spread across documents, messages, meetings, and business systems.
Reuse past work faster, with shorter proposal, support, onboarding, response, and decision cycles
Answers supported by the company's trusted sources, with less dependence on the person who remembers everything
02
Obranext Value-to-Work Method
Value first. Then the work.
We start with the business outcome and the way work really happens. Only then do we decide whether to buy, integrate, build, or stop.
01
Value
Define the outcome, baseline, metric owner, cost of the problem, and threshold for proceeding.
02
Work and intelligence
Map the steps, handoffs, exceptions, decisions, systems, data, and knowledge the work depends on.
03
Design and delivery
Redesign roles and workflow, then choose the right mix of existing products, integration, automation, AI, and custom software.
04
Control and adoption
Set access, review, measurement, training, ownership, and feedback before the new way of working reaches production.
03
Past work
Work delivered by the founding team
Two anonymised engagements show the problem, what was built, and the outcome.
Plate 02Delivery detail
01Professional services · UK
The problem
Four rented systems across CRM, workforce, payroll, and marketing email carried a high recurring per-seat cost; access was rationed to keep the bill down.
What was built
One owned system replacing all four, with an AI assistant over company data and client self-service ordering by chat.
The outcome
The owned system replaced four rented systems and gave the whole team access.
02Commerce
The problem
Customers phoned every day asking where their orders were; staff checked the courier account by hand.
What was built
A WhatsApp bot connected to the company's courier account. Customers ask in chat and get live delivery status.
The outcome
Customers could retrieve live delivery status in their preferred channel, reducing routine calls and manual courier checks.
03Construction
The problem
Worker certifications live in folders of scanned cards; expired documents are often discovered at site access.
Proposed build
A certification register that reads new cards, flags missing fields, sends expiry alerts, and shows crew readiness by site.
What we would measure
Success would be measured in fewer rejected entries, fewer manual checks, and the hours coordinators recover each month.
04Healthcare operations
The problem
Appointments, rooms, practitioners, and waiting lists are managed across separate calendars, leaving gaps hard to refill.
Proposed build
One scheduling board that checks constraints, scores no-show risk, and offers suitable waiting-list patients the open slot.
What we would measure
The live baseline would track filled cancellations, booking time, and avoidable idle room hours.
04
Client ownership
When we build it, you own it.
Software is one possible part of an engagement. When it is built, agreed code, infrastructure, data, and documentation belong to your company by default.
01
The repository
Source code in your organization's account, with full history, from the first week of the build.
02
The infrastructure
Servers, domains, databases, and credentials registered to your company. Never to ours.
03
The documentation
Architecture notes, runbooks, and admin guides written for the next developer, whoever that turns out to be.
04
The operating capability
Training and working sessions for the people who will run, govern, and improve the new workflow.
05
Services
Three ways to engage Obranext
Start where the decision requires.
01
Leadership working session
AI Direction Workshop
A tailored session that aligns leaders on what AI should change, where to investigate first, and how the next decision will be made.
Tailored preparation with selected interviews and materials
One shared business problem, sponsor, and decision principles
Executive decision memo with three priority areas and the next question
We implement the agreed operating change in production and measure it against the baseline. Delivery may combine process redesign, integration, automation, AI, and custom software.
Requires an Obranext Blueprint or accepted equivalent
Schedule depends on agreed scope, access, data, APIs, and client decisions
Production handover, training, controls, and initial value review
Services are scoped and quoted privately. A fit call establishes fit and scope; it is not free strategic work.
06
Start with fit
Bring us the operating problem AI has not solved
Tell us about a costly tool, broken workflow, stalled AI initiative, or knowledge bottleneck. Tell us where company knowledge is slowing your business down. We will have an honest fit discussion about what should happen next.
